Job Description
- Build and grow a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), aligning their professional growth and development with 2026 strategic priorities.
- Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to translate complex, open-ended research questions into structured milestones and execution plans.
- Oversee objective-setting processes and proactively track, manage, and report on critical project dependencies to avoid downstream delays.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and coordinate communication to ensure alignment across multiple executive leaders.
- Own and lead key program operations, including weekly AI Studio Key Results (KR) reviews, to maintain high accountability and focus.
