We’re Hiring: Associate Dentists – Greater Hamilton & Surrounding Areas   We’re growing—and we’d love to meet you.  At Anytime Dental, we’re looking for Associate Dentists who genuinely care about their patients and want to be part of something modern, supportive, and a little different from the traditional dental model. We’re building a network designed around one simple idea: great dentistry should be accessible, convenient, and personalized.    What Makes Anytime Dental Different?  We’ve built our clinics around both patients and providers:  Open 7 days a week with extended evening hours   A wide range of services—from general dentistry to implants and orthodontics   Modern, tech-forward clinics that make your day smoother   Strong patient flow with a focus on long-term relationships, not quick transactions   A culture that supports clinical autonomy and collaboration    What the Role Looks Like  This is a flexible opportunity where you can shape your schedule and practice style:  Full-time or part-time options available   Days, evenings, and weekends   Commission-based independent contractor role (structured through an independent contractor agreement)    What You’ll Be Doing  Your day-to-day will feel familiar—but supported:  Building trust with patients through thoughtful exams and clear communication   Creating treatment plans that prioritize comfort, function, and long-term outcomes   Providing a full scope of care—restorative, surgical, and preventative   Expanding into cosmetic or orthodontic treatments if that’s your interest   Working alongside a team that’s aligned, efficient, and genuinely supportive    Who You Are  You don’t need to check every box—but you should feel aligned with how we practice:  Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Ontario and in good standing with the RCDSO   Someone who puts patients first and communicates with ease   Clinically confident—or building toward it—with a desire to keep learning   Comfortable in a busy, well-run clinic environment   Interested in growing your skills (Invisalign, implants, cosmetics are all a plus)   New grads are absolutely welcome—we’re happy to support your growth.    A Bit More About Us  Anytime Dental is proud to be part of Passion Dental Group—a fast-growing network of dental clinics across Ontario built on the belief that great dentistry starts with great people.  At Passion Dental Group, we’re not just focused on expanding clinics—we’re focused on building environments where clinicians can thrive.
