Provides technical expertise to close new design win opportunities and provides co-engineering to drive product to production that results in billed revenue (sales in and/or sales through).
Exhibits deep knowledge of the product portfolio to drive sales for established Intel businesses and plant the seeds for growth in emerging businesses.
Cultivates the relationship between distributors and customer teams to identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts.
Influences and enables distributors and ecosystem partners to drive sales through revenue.
Develops product demonstrations for customers to gauge product capabilities, assists in product design and review during on-site visits, and ensures customer requirements are met.
Establishes relationship with customer teams to facilitate rapid resolution of customer issues and promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyzes data to answer questions, reproduce errors, and resolve or escalate customer issues.
Provides timely feedback to the manufacturing and product teams on product issues and future requirements and ensures that Altera is adept to responding and/or anticipating changes needed for business continuity.
Note: This is a commissioned sales position
Qualifications:
10years+ working experience in semiconductor industry with Distribution Management working experience.
Sale Account Manager that has experience covering central China.
Technical background is preferred.
