We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to take ownership of HR operations in Prague, with a strong focus on Czech labor law compliance and HR administration excellence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-driven, structured, and confident in managing HR processes independently.
Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, changes, offboarding)
Ensure all HR processes are fully compliant with Czech labor law and internal policies
Maintain accurate HR data and documentation (100% data ownership)
Coordinate monthly payroll with external provider
Act as a key contact for managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters
Continuously improve HR processes and operational efficiency
Handle employment of foreign nationals (work permits, visas, documentation, cooperation with authorities)
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations role
Strong, practical knowledge of Czech labor law (must-have)
Experience with HR administration and payroll coordination
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Independent and proactive working style
Confident communicator with a pragmatic approach
English at B2 level or higher
