You will spend time with team members at their own desks, reviewing performance, discussing potential sales and key targets, and looking at productivity based on time as well as results. Motivating the team to keep earning more, through coaching rather than office-based management, will be central to the role. Calbarrie offer an excellent service, supported by strong repeat business, and the team is already performing well. There are no immediate problems to fix, instead, we are looking for someone who can help the team run even more efficiently and look at how the team can grow further, including bringing in additional headcount. Industry experience is not essential. We are more interested in someone who asks the right questions, leads with a personable, coaching style, and is keen to support the team's progression and future projects over time.
