As a Health & Safety Advisor, you'll provide professional health and safety support across a diverse portfolio of client sites. You'll work collaboratively with businesses to ensure compliance with Irish legislation, promote a positive safety culture and deliver practical, commercial health and safety solutions.
What will you do
- Provide competent health and safety advice to clients across multiple sectors.
- Carry out workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Produce and review RAMS, policies and safety documentation.
- Support clients in achieving and maintaining legislative compliance.
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety training where required.
- Investigate incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Build strong client relationships through regular site visits and ongoing support.
- Keep up to date with Irish health and safety legislation and industry best practice
- Previous experience in a Health & Safety Advisor or Consultant position.
- A recognised Health & Safety qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation.
- Experience carrying out audits, inspections and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong report writing and administrative abilities.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
