Location: Johnson City / Kingsport / Bristol – Tri-Cities, TN

Are you dependable, hands-on, and looking for more than just a job? Rainbow Restoration (formerly ResiCom Services) is hiring a Painter’s Helper—but here’s the thing: we’re not just looking for someone to hold a paintbrush. We’re looking for someone ready to jump in, learn multiple trades, and grow with a team that does it all.

This is your foot in the door to a trade career that includes painting, water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, insulation, and detailed cleaning. Every day is different, and every project brings new challenges and opportunities.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Assist lead painters with prepping, sanding, masking, rolling, and brush work

  • Help with general labor across job sites (yes, that includes demo days 💪)

  • Support mitigation and mold crews in drying, cleaning, and restoring homes

  • Pitch in with insulation installs, construction cleanup, and more

  • Be a dependable extra set of hands wherever the job needs you

  • Learn valuable skills in restoration, remodeling, and remediation

🕒 Schedule & Requirements:

  • Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)

  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces when needed
