Sales Lot Attendant Job Responsibilities

• Park, move, and organize vehicles on the sales lot and showroom safely and efficiently
• Ensure vehicles are clean, properly staged, and sales‑ready at all times
• Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed to maintain professional presentation
• Install and remove window stickers, dealer plates, and promotional materials
• Perform visual inspections and report vehicle damage or issues promptly
• Retrieve vehicles for customer test drives and deliveries
• Maintain lot organization, cleanliness, and overall safety
• Assist with vehicle inventory counts, dealership events, and lot re‑sets
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and vehicle handling standards

Sales Lot Attendant Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to professionalism
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented attitude

Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
