ASSISTANT DIRECTOR DAY SERVICES

Assistant Directors of Day Habilitation Services provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centered programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will oversee program performance, supervise supervisory staff, and ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations. Responsibilities include program development, staff training, quality assurance, and budget oversight. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance services, promote community inclusion, and drive positive outcomes.
