Job Description

Why Join Us

Carondelet Medical Group is a leading multispecialty organization in Southern Arizona with the infrastructure to back you up and the culture to let you focus on what matters — patient care. You'll step into an established urology practice fully equipped with standard urologic tools, a seasoned clinical team, and system-wide referral coordination already in place. This is a physician-led group where clinical autonomy is real and your voice carries weight in decision-making. If you're looking for a professionally managed practice in one of the Southwest's most livable cities, Tucson is ready for you.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time, employed opportunity with Carondelet Medical Group, a stable and patient-focused multispecialty practice
  • Structured schedule: 4 days in clinic, 1 day in OR
  • Caseload mix: 75% outpatient / 25% inpatient
  • Manageable call: 7 shifts per month, with additional compensation available for extra call coverage
  • Average 25 patients per clinic day; 5–10 surgical cases per week
  • Supported by dedicated clinical staff and centralized referral and diagnostic coordination
  • In-house marketing, business development, billing, credentialing, and HR support — so you can focus on medicine, not administration
  • Practice based at St. Joseph's Hospital, a DNV-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center and ACC-accredited Chest Pain Center within the Carondelet Health Network

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary with productivity incentives
  • Malpractice insurance provided (with tail coverage)
  • Health, dental, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Deferred compensation program
  • Relocation assistance
  • PTO and CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure
