Position Highlights
- Full-time, employed opportunity with Carondelet Medical Group, a stable and patient-focused multispecialty practice
- Structured schedule: 4 days in clinic, 1 day in OR
- Caseload mix: 75% outpatient / 25% inpatient
- Manageable call: 7 shifts per month, with additional compensation available for extra call coverage
- Average 25 patients per clinic day; 5–10 surgical cases per week
- Supported by dedicated clinical staff and centralized referral and diagnostic coordination
- In-house marketing, business development, billing, credentialing, and HR support — so you can focus on medicine, not administration
- Practice based at St. Joseph's Hospital, a DNV-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center and ACC-accredited Chest Pain Center within the Carondelet Health Network

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure
