The Client Advocate is a critical member of our ministry, serving by building and strengthening relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and working with them to remove barriers to success.

 

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Works with clients to maintain stability in their personal life and achieve personal goals

• Builds close and durable relationships with clients

• Encourages and motivates clients to reach their personal and professional goals and challenges them to excel

• Collaborates and communicates regularly with team and client to ensure client success

• Prepares and produces individual reports, ensuring accuracy of client data

• Documents client’s progress utilizing client management systems

• Assists clients in arranging transportation and driving as needed

• Complies with established metrics

• Coordinates client attendance for internal and external activities

• Facilitates client classes and meetings

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Efficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Demonstrated conflict resolution and de-escalation skills

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is constant

• Well organized, diligent and reliable in following through on commitments

• High energy and ability to engage others towards a common goal

• Demonstrated experience serving as a personal coach on a one-on-one basis and group setting

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization

 

Certification or License Requirement: Valid Driver’s License

 

Physical Requirements:

• Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing, walking or sitting)

• Must have the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

• Must have the ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, calculator and computer printer

• Must be able to communicate accurate information

• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 10lbs

• Must have peripheral vision and depth perception

 

Environmental Job Requirements:

• Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions

• Occasionally exposed to fumes and airborne particles

• Moderate noise as in a business office environment
