Position Overview
OMNI is seeking a Training Program Coordinator to support mission-critical workforce development initiatives by coordinating the planning, scheduling, and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs. The selected candidate will provide administrative, operational, and customer support while ensuring the successful execution of training activities and maintaining accurate program records.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning events.
Manage participant registration, training records, attendance, and course documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for training participants, instructors, and stakeholders.
Maintain training websites, learning management systems, and virtual training platforms.
Track training metrics, prepare reports, and analyze course evaluation data to support continuous improvement.
Develop briefing materials, reports, presentations, and other program documentation.
Support workforce development initiatives, special projects, and day-to-day program operations.
Collaborate with instructors, language professionals, field personnel, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
