Handling all sales training requirements for Diabetic divisions

Close co-ordination with all stake holders (Division Head/ Marketing/ Medical/ Field Force)

Planning, Calendarizing and budgeting training interventions at ME’s/ ASM level as per divisional requirement

Execution of training interventions like Ignites, eBridge, Refreshers, LMS

Delivering medical & skill-based workshops for MEs/ AMs

Planning and execution of digital initiatives in classroom/ online training programs

Post-program analysis of training programs & planning way ahead.
