Description
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, Associate you are guided by testing principles and values. You play a key role in the testing and quality assurance of Infor’s highly innovative cloud. You will own, advocate and guard all aspects of QA in collaboration with software engineers, business analysts, architects, product managers, development managers.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Proactively sharing knowledge and advocating excellence within the department.
- Helping business experts analyzing product requirements and formulating testing scenario’s.
- Executing testing scenario’s, tasks, reporting their statuses, and escalating issues when needed.
- Identifying risks and recommending actions to minimize them.
- Continuously focus on product and process improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience delivering mutually beneficial customer outcomes. Having a focused mindset, being result driven, hands-on, collaborative, proactive and accurate.
- Experience delivering business value.
- Ability to write good quality Test Cases.
- Experience with testing complex large scale systems (ERP applications)
- Experience with designing tests to mitigate risks and help business analyst define requirements.
- Experience on Test Management tools like JIRA, Zephyr or any other tools.
- Experience or Knowledge on using automation framework like Selenium, Robotframework or any other automation frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience testing both functionality and user experience scenarios.
- Experience with creating automated test scripts.
- Experience in context-based, exploratory, black box, scenario and acceptance testing.
- Experience collaborating with both developers, delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
- Experience on API testing using any API tools either via Manual or Automation.
- Understanding and practical usage of AI in regular workflows.
- Experience in working on any ERP applications.
