Position: Analyst
Corporate Operation Department-General Admin Team
Job Description
This role is responsible for ensuring efficient office administration, coordinating logistics and corporate events, and providing high-level executive support to MD. The role liaison among internal & external stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth business operations.
General Administration
- Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, and service providers.
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure well-organized working environment.
- Ensure compliance with organization’s policies and procedures.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight booking, hotel accommodation, transportation, and visa support.
- Arrange office transportation (ferry)
- Plan and coordinate events, staff engagement activities, and external activities.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, business trips, and other administrative tasks.
- Manage all kinds of membership, vendors’ contracts, and renewal.
- Manage all gifts and entertainment processes including payment settlement.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.
- Prepare fuel consumption report, and periodic reports on administrative activities.
- Participate in regional and local projects related to general administration.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Department from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administration, executive support, and office management
- Experience supporting senior executives is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
