Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Director, Talent & Performance, the Program Manager, Talent Management & Performance is accountable for designing, evolving, and delivering enterprise wide talent and performance programs that support GTAA’s transformation agenda. This role drives a data and outcomes focused approach to talent management leveraging analytics, systems thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement to enable better leader capability, simpler employee experiences, and measurable business impact.
