Brendan House, part of Logan Health, is looking for a compassionate and dependable Restorative Aide to support residents in maintaining and improving their highest level of independence, mobility, and quality of life.
In this role, you will work closely with nursing and therapy teams to carry out restorative programs that help residents build strength, maintain function, and stay engaged in their daily routines. This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with residents, encouraging progress, and making a positive difference each day.
What You’ll Do
As a Restorative Aide, you will assist residents with restorative nursing programs and activities designed to support mobility, independence, and overall well-being. Responsibilities may include:
Assisting residents with walking, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, positioning, and other restorative care activities
Supporting residents with activities of daily living while encouraging independence whenever possible
Following individualized restorative care plans as directed by nursing and therapy staff
Documenting resident participation, progress, and any changes or concerns
Communicating with nurses, therapists, and care team members to help ensure continuity of care
Promoting a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for residents
Building trusting relationships with residents and supporting their dignity, comfort, and quality of life
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoys working with older adults and residents in a skilled nursing setting. The ideal candidate is encouraging, attentive, and able to motivate residents while providing compassionate care.
Minimum Qualifications
Current CNA certification preferred/required depending on facility requirements
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or direct patient care preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
