Our Core Values: Be Kind | Trust and Be Trusted | Work Together | Strive for Excellence.

At Logan Health Medical Fitness Center, Personal Trainers play a vital role in helping members achieve meaningful health and wellness goals. More than creating workouts, you'll serve as a coach, educator, and motivator—building relationships that inspire lasting lifestyle change. Whether a client is beginning their fitness journey, recovering strength, improving athletic performance, or pursuing better overall health, you'll provide the guidance and support needed to help them succeed.

As part of a collaborative wellness team, you'll deliver individualized exercise programming, conduct one-on-one training sessions, and create a welcoming environment where members feel empowered, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential.

What You'll Do

  • Assess clients' health status, fitness levels, goals, and readiness for exercise.

  • Identify barriers that may impact a client's success and help develop strategies to overcome them.

  • Design safe, effective, and individualized exercise programs tailored to each client's needs.

  • Conduct engaging and results-driven personal training sessions while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Monitor client progress and adjust exercise programs, techniques, and training plans as needed.

  • Educate clients on proper exercise form, injury prevention, and healthy fitness practices.

  • Maintain accurate and current client documentation and training records.

  • Demonstrate professionalism by beginning and ending appointments on time and accommodating client schedules whenever possible.

  • Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive environment that supports member success.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Certification as a Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized organization.

  • RQI Responder certification within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent work, whichever comes first.

  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality service and achieving positive client outcomes.

  • Ability to work with integrity, kindness, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn additional software systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, or a related field.

  • Two (2) or more years of personal training experience.
