The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services BGS is seeking a Government Services Senior Business Operations Manager- Chief of Staff in Berkeley, MO. to support the BGS-G business and Vice President/General Manager.
The BGS-Government Services business is a global organization with teammates, customers, partners and suppliers located around the world, including major entities located in Australia, United Kingdom, India, Saudi Arabia, Japan, and Canada.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the Vice President / General Manager to provide business leadership, portfolio integration, and executive-level support across the BGS-G Leadership Team.
Develop and lead the operating rhythm, coordinate BGS/BDS deliverables, and drive business execution and financial performance.
Ensure productive engagements across the customer base, plan and execute leadership and organization-wide activities, and closely integrate with BGS and BDS programs and functions to meet business objectives.
Model Boeing’s Service Champion culture, demonstrate a strong customer focus, and act as a change leader promoting a services-first approach. The role champions Boeing values and behaviors.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
5+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
5+ years of experience balancing multiple tasks concurrently and paying close attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
5+ years of experience leading cross functional teams
5+ years of experience leading or building a team
Travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) :
Bachelor's degree or higher
Ability to lead through change while demonstrating positive mindset about the BGS-G future and culture
Functional expertise and the ability to manage diverse and complex topics
Global business acumen

Summary pay range: $146,200 – $197,800
