Open Until Filled GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Operations, Policy, Tracking, and Contracts (OPTC) Unit Manager serves as the Behavioral Health Division (Division) legislative and HealthStat liaison, correspondence, and public documents gatekeeper, and is responsible for oversight and coordination of all Division contracts.
