Job Description

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC Label), a global leader in label solutions. We are looking for a Customer Service Analyst to join our team.   Main Activities: Assist customers through different channels (email, phone, chat, WhatsApp, etc.), ensuring speed and quality in service Record, monitor, and resolve customer requests, complaints, and questions Act as the interface between customers and internal areas (sales, finance, logistics, production, among others) Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and customer experience Keep records updated in the system (CRM or internal tools) Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives Analyze feedback and suggest continuous improvements in the service provided Ensure clear, empathetic, and professional communication with customers Additional activities, including Logistics – Foreign Trade   Requirements: Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree) Bilingual English/Portuguese Solid experience in the area, preferably in industrial environments   Benefits: Medical plan Dental plan On-site meals Basic food basket Parking Transportation allowance Birthday day off TotalPass   Location: MCC Label – Louveira, SP, Brazil     #LI-SV1 #APPCAST
