  1. Responsible for recruiting and operating short video/LIVE influencers, assisting clients in improving their operational capabilities, and achieving growth results in influencer settlement and content.
  2. Deeply understand the key issues in the development of local influencer content, find sustainable and effective solutions for the scale improvement of short videos and LIVE.
  3. Excavate excellent cases of short videos and LIVE, refine content methodology, and create popular short video showcases for businesses.
  4. Explore the possibility of operations to improve the conversion efficiency of overall short videos, secure long-term success and growth by coaching Creators on business and product planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, experience in commerce content operation or related work experience.
  2. Familiar with the short video sales chain and LIVE chain.
  3. Fluent in English reading and writing, excellent reading and writing communication skills in Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in commerce or content platforms is preferred. Those who have successful experience in developing the short video ecosystem from 0 to 1 are preferred.
  2. Experienced in relatable in-category management, at large partners, or agency side or other company with specialism in consumables, the creator category is preferred.
  3. Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference), practical experience in social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories is a plus.
  4. Data sensitive, strong analytical ability, business analysis & strategic background is preferred, good data ability, independently responsible for business indicators.
