We have obtained FDA approval and officially begun the commercial launch of the Globe® Pulsed Field System. This is a pivotal and exciting time in our journey, as we bring this life-changing technology to patients!
We’re looking for a full‑time Field Clinical Specialist Trainer to join our team and elevate the readiness of our U.S. FCS organization. This role is dedicated to delivering consistent, high‑quality training that equips Field Clinical Specialists with the skills and confidence they need to excel in the field.
Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid/on-site/remote work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.
Meaningful work you will be a part of
Your responsibilities will be to:
Facilitate the delivery of the structured scalable training program that ensures consistent field readiness.
Support coordination with internal teams to ensure correct equipment availability for training sessions and embedded assessments.
Support the development and maintenance of educational processes and documentation
Run FCS onboarding sessions for New Mappers
Ensure proper handoff to field managers, collect feedback and maintain gates for learning progression.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
Strong Clinical Credibility background in MedTech, clinical support, or field applications
Proven Training and ciliation skills and experience delivering in-person hands-on training
Strong Coordination and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, complex schedules and moving parts across cohorts.
Ability to work cross functionally and comfort partnering with clinical SMEs, product teams and Field Leadership
Strong Communication skills. Ability to simplify complex topics, give direct feedback, manage group dynamics
Ability to balance structure and flexibility. Can build and follow a plan and adapt when schedules shift, learner needs vary or clinical points of interest are updated
Compensation
Kardium offers a competitive total cash compensation (base salary + 5% 401k contribution). Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs.
As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
