Regional HR Manager

The Regional Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day HR operations for AM General’s salaried employees across its Indiana locations. While supporting the Human Resources Manager, this role provides the local management of key HR functions, including talent acquisition, personnel matters, compensation administration as well developing and delivering internal communications and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Regional HR Manager also ensures consistent application of policies and helps drive a positive, complaint, and high-performing work environment.
