Job Description

We are seeking someone to join the Institutional Securities Group (ISG) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role will support the annual Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) submission and quarterly stress testing processes, while also contributing to analysis and forecasting activities for the business unit and the ISG CFO.

In the Finance division, we partner with business units across the globe by providing management reporting, analysis, review, and advisory support related to the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is an Associate-level role within the Financial Planning & Analysis job family, which is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, internal management reporting, and financial analysis to provide insight into the Firm's current and expected performance. FP&A also plays an important role in the Firm's CCAR process.

Team Profile

The ISG Global FP&A team performs key analytical functions in collaboration with senior business leaders. Core responsibilities include supporting and coordinating aspects of the segment’s capital adequacy process, as well as developing value-added analytics that help senior management understand business performance and strategic priorities. The team supports all Institutional Securities products, including Equities, Fixed Income, and Investment Banking.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with ISG Balance Sheet and Net Revenue submissions for the annual CCAR and quarterly stress testing processes.

  • Coordinate and prepare submission templates in partnership with Global ISG Controllers and business COOs.

  • Support the preparation, review, and reconciliation of ISG forecast submissions for FR Y-14A.

  • Maintain CCAR consolidation models, supporting analyses, and presentation materials.

  • Document and retain supporting evidence for CCAR and quarterly stress testing compliance and control requirements.

  • Respond to inquiries from RRQA, Internal Audit, and external auditors related to data validation and submissions.

  • Contribute to ongoing CCAR automation initiatives by providing business input and process support.

  • Support ad hoc deliverables, management reporting, and related analyses.

  • Help develop value-added analytics to support management decision-making.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and technical skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy

  • Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Skills Preferred

  • Relevant internship experience, coursework, or prior exposure to FP&A, stress testing, or CCAR at a financial institution is a plus.

Salary range for the position: $60,000-$90,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
