Job Description
- Design, centralize, and execute enablement and education program offerings for A,B and C levels.
- Oversee and coordinate the execution of the new enablement structure, Roles and Responsibilities (R&Rs) across all core education parties, including PSD, APA, Agency Performance, and Marketing.
- Partner closely with global Alliance and international ExecX teams (Brazil, Canada, and the US) to import global best practices and bring "Google Magic" to Large Customer Sales (LCS) engagements.
- Align the regional enablement calendar, program rollouts, and lead lists directly with regional business bets, growth levers, and product adoption opportunities.
- Partner with Sales Leaders (SLs) and Country Managers (CMs) to map specific industry opportunities and country plans, and ensure local structural alignment.
