About the Role: In this role, you will support the delivery of engaging extracurricular programmes by coordinating activities, events, and trips that create positive and enriching experiences for students. You will organise schedules, materials, and attendance, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will maintain accurate administrative records and assist with basic budget tracking, while liaising with external providers and supporting communication with parents, students, and staff. As part of the school community, you will contribute to the promotion and continuous improvement of activities, collaborate with different teams, and uphold high standards of safety, organisation, and student wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Assist in organising activities, events, and trips Coordinate logistics, schedules, and attendance Maintain basic administrative records and support budgets Communicate with parents, students, and staff Support external providers and ensure safety compliance This is a permanent, full-time role, with a start date at the end of June. You bring strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, enabling you to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. You show initiative, flexibility, and a genuine interest in education and student enrichment. You are comfortable working in both Spanish and English and use digital tools with confidence to support your daily work.
