Position Summary
The Security Operations Supervisor oversees the daily execution of the Company's Security Operations program across corporate, manufacturing, and construction facilities.
This role leads daily operations, supervises security personnel, manages security systems, coordinates incident response, and ensures consistent execution of security policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day security operations across all facilities.
- Supervise security officers and coordinate contract security personnel.
- Manage access control, badging, CCTV, alarms, and visitor management.
- Respond to incidents and conduct preliminary investigations.
- Coordinate vendors and preventative maintenance.
- Perform facility inspections and security assessments.
- Support emergency planning and drills.
- Maintain security documentation, inventories, and metrics.
- Train and mentor security personnel.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate or physical security experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and investigations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
