Mill Sales Manager

Description of the main responsibilities of this position:
Orders booked responsibility for whole offering
Promote Valmet´s lifecycle offering and solutions
Identify and document customer plans, needs and objectives and converting them into sales and development projects; guide customer selecting solution options.
Know customer´s decision making and purchasing processes and guiding us through it
Support customer negotiations and coordinate Valmet wide offerings
Guide mill teams towards bundling and value adding solutions
Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders, working as lead point of contact for all matters
Expanding scope on existing customers and paving the way for whole offering (contracts, standards etc.)
Coordinating and leading of activities in the client interface, including communication with the customer, visits, product promotion, sales and success of delivery
Collecting and following customer feedback and satisfaction
Assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Mill shutdown-restart and service clock scheduling
Requirements necessary for the performance of the activities:
5 – 8 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry
Degree in civil engineering or related field
Advanced level of written and spoken English is required
