Delivery lead, Digital Transformation
Job Description
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
What you will be doing
- Drive and continuously improve the HDMA program governance framework in collaboration with the Strategic Program Lead
- Own and manage the integrated program delivery plan, ensuring milestones and objectives are achieved across all locations
- Monitor program financials, including budget tracking, variance analysis, and proactive cost optimization opportunities
- Ensure alignment and dependency management between the central HDMA program and Business Area implementation initiatives
- Plan and manage resource requirements across internal teams and external partners to support successful delivery
- Coordinate vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery within scope and timelines
- Define project scope, objectives, and delivery expectations together with senior business and IT stakeholders
- Support effective stakeholder communication and alignment across multiple countries and functions
- Ensure all program activities comply with Hydro’s quality standards, HSE requirements, policies, and processes
What will make you successful?
- University or college degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- 10+ years of experience in IT/Digital project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives
- Strong experience with Agile ways of working (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivering in agile or hybrid environments
- Solid understanding of IT service delivery models in multinational organizations, enterprise environments, or shared service centers
- Experience managing global programs with stakeholders across countries and cultures
- Strong knowledge of digital program management, governance models, resource planning, and budget management
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior business and IT leaders
- Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional delivery teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
It is an advantage if you have

Experience delivering IT/Digital solutions in manufacturing, production, or heavy industry environments

Knowledge of Maintenance, Reliability, or Asset Management processes

Experience connecting Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) solutions

Understanding of shop floor-related digital transformation initiatives
