Role Description
This role will be part of the CRDU Governance team within the Credit Risk Data Unit (CRDU) where the candidate will be responsible to support Pillar 3 audit remediation focusing on CRR3 regulations.

Your key responsibilities
- Drive the resolution of Pillar 3 (CRR3/Off BS) audit findings, ensuring all actions are completed on time and meet internal and regulatory standards.
- Identify and address issues within remediation efforts, finding solutions and acting proactively to keep progress on track.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data (e.g., from FDW for credit risk) and tracking audit-related changes.
- Prepare and present clear updates on remediation status, progress, and results to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain thorough and organized records of all remediation activities and audit responses.
- Work effectively with various teams across the bank to support remediation efforts.
Your skills and experience
- Good Knowledge of regulatory requirements like ECB, CRR, CRD, Basel3 & Basel3.1 requirements
- Understanding of exposure calculation under different models e.g. SA-CCR and IMM
- Knowledge of Exposure Metrics like RWA, TCD, Output floor, EPE/EE, Statistical Modelling (Monte Carlo Simulation, etc.)
- Team management experience
- An analytical mindset and good approach to problem solving
- Experience of process change
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and structured working approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable team player who enjoys working in an international environment
