What's The Role
The Regional Product Delivery Manager for the Liberty Latin America serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that product requirements are clearly understood, translated into effective solutions, and successfully delivered. This role provides product domain expertise to support the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of products aligned with organizational policies, processes, and strategic initiatives. The manager collaborates closely with business analysts, architects, project managers, and developers to manage requirements, guide solution design, and ensure quality delivery using Agile or Scrum methodologies and standards such as eTOM. Additionally, the role involves communicating progress and solutions to business leaders, promoting best practices, supporting training when necessary, and ensuring that delivered solutions generate meaningful business impact.
What You'll Do
• Getting business requirements and understanding the as-is and scope.
• Compare the as-is process with the scope and the improvement to build to be
• Consolidate the use cases from the business.
• Assurance E2E process for a new solution considering discovery, estimations, integration among tools, and assurance QA testing between CRM, Billing systems, Financial process considering updates into each tool, and taxes by each market applicable
• Identify KPIs to measure the benefits after implementation in any project and adoption of the solution.
• Review and coordinate updated the current process.
• Propose best practice related to the process and methodology to go the business with correct solution.
• Align the documentation with eTom standard
• Conducted process training sessions to the business and supporting in the first operation phase.
• Participated in the project as part of the team.
• SFDC and vlocity knowledge
• Generate documentation related to the projects.
What You'll Need
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- Minimum of a Bacherlors degree OR Equalivalent in Telecommunications, Engineering or Computer Science.
- Certification in Project Management would be an asset
- 3-5 yrs Experience Product Delivery, Solution Architect, SFDC Developer, or QA
- Experience working in Telecoms is a must
- Experience configuring CRMs or billing systems is highly desired
- Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc) and tools like Jira
- Document processes, use cases, best practices and requirements in a way that can be understood by technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work with customers, and ability customer handle
- Design, build and maintain the process updated, small flow in SFDC
- Develop and provide training on new processes and changes on existing process from various business units.
- Analyze the requirements from the user and align with the scope in the project and add in the gap list a new one.
- Manage the basic functionalities in the SFDC when they can suggest alternatives solutions.
- Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised with remote and local teams.
