Job Description
What is the role?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our telecommunications company. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecommunications industry, with a specific focus on new verticals, OTTs, gamers, and CDN. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the telecommunications landscape and possess excellent networking and negotiation skills. The Business Development Manager will also play a key role in identifying potential investment opportunities and market trends to guide the company's future growth strategies.
How will you add value?
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the telecommunications industry, targeting new verticals, OTTs, gamers, and CDN.
- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for investment and growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including OTTs, gamers, CDN providers, and other relevant industry players.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for market entry and expansion.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to understand customer requirements and preferences in emerging markets.
- Present business proposals and negotiate contracts with potential partners and clients.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of new business initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including progress towards targets and market insights.

- Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the telecommunications industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
