Join our TikTok Shop Agency Partner Ecosystem and Campaign Operations team for a hands-on internship at the intersection of e-commerce, creator partnerships, and data-driven marketing. You'll play an active role in supporting TikTok Shop Agency Partner campaigns — from planning and execution through to performance monitoring and post-campaign analysis. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll gain real exposure to how a fast-moving creator and agency ecosystem operates at scale.
Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Operations
- Support the planning and execution of Agency Partner Live ranking campaigns
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, affiliate, and marketing
- Assist in post-campaign data tracking and performance reporting
- Collaborate with in-house designers by preparing creative briefs and translating campaign messaging into clear visual requirements
Campaign Performance Monitoring
- Monitor daily campaign performance and track key metrics
- Maintain daily run-rate dashboards and proactively flag underperformance risks
- Assist in developing basic countermeasures and optimisation recommendations when performance falls below target
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, Affiliates, or digital platforms (TikTok or short-video experience is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multi-stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable working with data — proficient in Excel or Sheets
- Clear communicator who can work effectively across teams
