Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition team is hiring a candidate experience specialist to ensure that faculty leadership and senior executive candidates have an outstanding experience throughout the recruitment process. The incumbent will be required on-site for the first year. This will then shift to a hybrid position with the expectation of being present at candidate interviews as needed.
- Candidate Experience: Create an exceptional and welcoming experience for candidates, ensuring they feel valued and respected. Address concerns promptly to maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Personalized Content: Produce curated and customized content for each candidate based on their interests, while also considering family needs and spousal employment support when appropriate.
- Client Relationship Management for Faculty Leadership Candidates: Work closely with institutional and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand the unique requirements for faculty leadership searches. Proactively identify potential challenges, keep process documents current, implement improvements as needed, and create customized materials to support these searches.
- Interview Planning and Logistics for Faculty Leadership Candidates: Schedule interviews, arrange travel, accommodations, and transportation, coordinate seminars, and city tours, and ensure candidates are well prepared for their interviews. Provide support for senior executive searches as needed.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information related to candidates with the utmost confidentiality.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance the recruitment process.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations relevant to candidate experience enhancement in recruitment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline

- Cultural sensitivity and humility
- Prior experience in high-touch recruitment, concierge services, or executive search
- Flexibility to adjust to changing needs and schedules
