About the team: The Client Solutions team is responsible for leading the development of TikTok’s commercial and solutions strategy in the South Cone region, ensuring alignment with global directives while adapting them to the specific needs and dynamics of markets.
Our team focuses on delivering customized 1:1 solutions for clients, working both reactively, when responding to specific client briefings, and proactively, by identifying business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team. We are responsible for overseeing and managing the development of the Levers Strategy, including its goals, targets, and product focus areas, fully aligned with the team's global direction and adapted to regional needs.
We operate in close partnership with the Industry Ops LATAM team and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as GBM and GMPT, with a shared focus on building strong governance and scalable best practices across the Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization.
About the role: You will act as the team’s domain specialist to remove execution bottlenecks, accelerate adoption of advanced advertising and measurement solutions, and elevate technical and strategic depth across Client Solutions. The role bridges Sales, CS Leads, CSMs, Product, Measurement, and Engineering teams to scale complex solutions across priority verticals and accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Own subject matter expertise across strategic solution domains (Levers) such as Apps, Measurement, Signals, SKAN, Leads, Branding, TTS, Catalog, or Commerce solutions.
- Partner with CS Leads to design scalable frameworks, playbooks, and operational standards that improve solution adoption and execution quality across the team.
- Act as the escalation point for advanced technical strategy, troubleshooting, attribution flows, signal quality gaps, pixel/app events, MMP integrations, and measurement architecture.
- Drive penetration of advanced TikTok products and alpha/beta solutions by identifying high-potential accounts and building activation strategies.
- Collaborate with CSMs on account-level strategic planning, media architecture, optimization recommendations, and growth opportunities for complex advertisers.
- Lead consultative workshops with clients and agencies focused on measurement maturity, attribution, creative strategy, audience signals, app growth, or full-funnel activation.
- Translate product and engineering updates into actionable enablement for commercial teams, including best practices, technical guidance, and implementation recommendations.
- Build and maintain verticalized solution narratives, benchmarks, and case studies to support scalable client-facing strategies.
- Identify recurring operational or technical blockers and work cross-functionally with PSO, MarSci, ADEX, and SE teams to drive resolution and process improvement.
- Improve organizational technical capabilities through trainings, certification programs, office hours, QA reviews, and ongoing coaching for CS teams.
- Support strategic revenue growth initiatives by influencing upsell opportunities tied to advanced solutions adoption and performance improvement.
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Years of experience in digital advertising, account management, media planning, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations, advanced knowledge around Data Analytics Tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing performance campaigns on digital platforms.
- Strong experience with MMPs' integrations and reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge with measurement strategies and incrementality frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
