Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 新产品开发:熟练运用电磁设计、有限元仿真及电机性能分析工具,基于目标应用场景和产品需求,为新电机产品开发提供电磁方案、关键参数设计及性能评估,并识别效率、温升、噪音、成本及可制造性等关键风险。
    New Product Development: Proficiently use electromagnetic design, finite element simulation, and motor performance analysis tools to provide electromagnetic solutions, key parameter design, and performance evaluation for new motor product development based on target applications and product requirements, while identifying key risks related to efficiency, temperature rise, noise, cost, and manufacturability.

  • 现有产品优化:针对现有电机平台及产品开展电磁性能优化、效率提升、材料与结构参数优化及应用拓展,持续改善产品性能、成本竞争力和平台化能力。
    Existing Product Optimization: Optimize electromagnetic performance, improve efficiency, refine material and structural parameters, and expand applications for existing motor platforms and products to continuously enhance product performance, cost competitiveness, and platform capability.

  • 问题分析与验证:分析并解决电机在效率、转矩、温升、振动噪音、退磁风险及一致性等方面的电磁相关问题,制定合理的仿真、测试和验证方案,确保设计方案的可靠性、可实现性和量产适用性。
    Problem Analysis and Validation: Analyze and resolve electromagnetic-related issues in motor efficiency, torque, temperature rise, vibration and noise, demagnetization risk, and consistency; develop appropriate simulation, test, and validation plans to ensure design reliability, feasibility, and production applicability.

  • 客户需求及方案:参与客户及系统需求分析,将性能、尺寸、效率、成本、噪音及可靠性等需求转化为清晰、可执行的电磁设计输入和产品规范;独立提出具有竞争力和创新性的电磁设计方案。

Customer Requirements and Solutions: Participate in customer and system requirement analysis and translate performance, size, efficiency, cost, noise, and reliability needs into clear and executable electromagnetic design inputs and product specifications; independently propose competitive and innovative electromagnetic design solutions.

  • 前沿技术与创新:运用创新思维和系统化分析工具,牵头高效电机、低噪音电磁方案、新材料应用及先进电磁设计方法等前沿技术研究。

Advanced Technology and Innovation: Apply innovative thinking and structured analytical tools to lead advanced technology research in high-efficiency motors, low-noise electromagnetic solutions, new material applications, and advanced electromagnetic design methods.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 熟练掌握电机电磁设计理论、电机工作原理及主要性能参数,具备永磁电机、感应电机等产品的电磁设计与工程应用经验。
    Strong knowledge of motor electromagnetic design theory, motor operating principles, and key performance parameters, with electromagnetic design and engineering application experience in permanent magnet motors, induction motors.

  • 熟悉电机产品开发流程,具备独立开展电磁方案设计、性能计算、参数优化、样机验证及量产导入支持的经验,并深入理解效率、转矩、温升、噪音、退磁风险及可靠性等关键性能影响因素。
    Familiar with the motor product development process, with experience in independently conducting electromagnetic solution design, performance calculation, parameter optimization, prototype validation, and production launch support, and with a solid understanding of key factors affecting efficiency, torque, temperature rise, noise, demagnetization risk, and reliability.

  • 熟练使用电磁仿真及电机设计分析软件,能够结合测试数据完成电磁性能评估、设计迭代、问题定位和工程支持工作。
    Proficient in electromagnetic simulation and motor design analysis software, with the ability to combine test data to complete electromagnetic performance evaluation, design iteration, issue identification, and engineering support.

  • 硕士或以上学历,电机与电器、电气工程、自动化、机电一体化或相关专业背景。
    Master’s degree or above in motor and electrical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or a related discipline.

  • 具备积极主动的工作态度、较强的责任心和抗压能力,能够在复杂电磁设计和跨职能协作任务中保持高效执行。
    Proactive, responsible, and resilient under pressure, with the ability to maintain effective execution in complex electromagnetic design and cross-functional collaboration assignments.

  • 拥有较丰富的电磁相关技术问题分析与解决经验,能够熟练运用仿真、测试、数据分析及根因分析工具推动问题定位、验证和闭环解决。
    Rich experience in electromagnetic-related technical problem analysis and resolution, with the ability to effectively apply simulation, testing, data analysis, and root-cause analysis tools to drive issue identification, validation, and closure.
