Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall Warehouse operation and leadership of hourly labor.
- Assign/Allocate labor to process workload.
- Create work plans for the entire team (3 shifts) on truckloads and LTLs in alignment with work demand.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipping; take corrective action when necessary.
