Requirements
- High school graduated - F&B related certificate is an added advantage
- 1 year at a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant
- Frontline customer service experience in airlines, retail, concierge is an added advantage
- Basic F&B product and service knowledge
- Advance customer service skills
- Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin
- Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time
