Job Description
[What the role is]
To support the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of service delivery initiatives that meet sector needs and organisational priorities. This includes working with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen service quality, improve processes, and support effective programme implementation in alignment with NCSS’ mission and vision.[What you will be working on]
1. Service planning and implementation
Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of service delivery initiatives and programmes
Coordinate operational processes and workflows to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
Track service performance, identify implementation issues, and support follow-up actions to address gaps
Support service reviews and process improvements to enhance effectiveness and user experience
2. Stakeholder coordination and service quality
Work with internal teams, social service agencies, and other stakeholders to support smooth service implementation and coordination
Support service quality efforts through monitoring, feedback collection, and follow-up with stakeholders
Manage service-related communications, documentation, and operational coordination with partners
3. Continuous improvement and reporting
Monitor service delivery data and prepare reports, updates, and presentation materials for management and stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve service processes, systems, and workflows
Support implementation of new initiatives, pilots, or service enhancements where required
Undertake other duties and projects assigned to support organisational priorities

Personal Competencies:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to details
Results-driven self-starter with proven ability to identify opportunities and drive projects to completion
Skills & Knowledge:
Relevant experience with social services, and/or with grant management.
Knowledge of public service grant management and funding practices will be an added advantage
