Pay Rate: £27,000 - £29,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7, Includes Weekends. 22:00-06:00 (with flexibility)

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

Preparing driver notes, paperwork, and supporting driver briefings

Assisting the Transport FLM and keeping in contact with drivers throughout the shift

Monitoring compliance, including driver hours, documentation, and vehicle checks

Completing driver debriefs, processing paperwork, and flagging issues or improvements
✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Previous experience in a transport or administrative role
- Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using Excel and other digital tools

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, colleagues, and wider operational teams
