Who we are looking for
Strong individual and critical thinker to be part of our CCG Client Service team servicing large, complex Investment Management Korean client relationships. The team requires someone who is a top performer and able to handle a fast-paced environment. The Client Service - Officer will be part of a team delivering a client‑centric service model to our Korean clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Strive to meet and exceed clients’ objectives and expectations to ensure client satisfaction through creating a proactive approach to client service.
Proactive identification of client needs and potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction.
Act as an advocate for clients and ensuring client issues are satisfactorily resolved.
Facilitates communication between relationship management, operations & other business units to ensure an effective operating environment.
Works with senior management to keep them informed of new developments and service issues.
Works closely with internal teams and clients to drive execution of initiatives.
Act as a liaison between business units to ensure successful implementation of service deliverables are being provided to the clients and the team.
Support the Korean Account Executives and Client Relationship Management team to prepare and facilitate presentation materials for clients review meetings
Supports the onboarding and conversion of new client relationships
Collaborate with APAC client service counterparts across jurisdictions on client deliverables
Involve in client facing team related ad hoc projects/assignments
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related discipline
A minimum of 5 years of related industry experience is preferred
Fluency in English and Korean
Strong written and oral communication skills
Fast learner, excellent interpersonal skills and attentive to details
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Positive attitude towards learning
