Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will support the System Planning and Operational Design division by analyzing operational and planning data, improving business processes, and developing recommendations that enhance service performance. You will partner with planning, operations, technology, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of operational and customer-facing transit data.   In this role, you will contribute to service design, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and helping translate business needs into effective operational and technical solutions.
