The Brand Executive is responsible for executing Brand strategies to build a strong and consistent brand identity across all channels. This role involves assisting in the planning and implementation of brand initiatives, managing product promotions, and monitoring market trends. The Brand Executive works closely with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure that branding efforts align with business goals.

The Executive, Branding is responsible for supporting the branding team through administrative, coordination, and digital execution tasks. The role includes asset management, timeline tracking, and reporting—all enabled by modern productivity and collaboration tools.

Brand Strategy Implementation:

  • Execute brand strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.

  • Support the development and launch of brand campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, print, events).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, PR, design) to ensure consistency of the brand message.

Brand Research & Insights:

  • Conduct brand research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.

  • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and brand performance.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and manage engaging content for social media, website, and other channels to build brand awareness.

  • Ensure all marketing materials (ads, brochures, videos) are on-brand and meet quality standards.

Event & Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, product launches, and activations.

  • Liaise with creative agencies on the production of branding materials.

Brand Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor brand consistency across all touchpoints (visuals, messaging, tone).

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on brand performance.

  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhere to by all teams and external partners.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with suppliers, influencers, and media to build partnerships and ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

  • Manage relationships with external creative and digital agencies.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing the budget for brand marketing activities.

  • Track expenditures and ensure campaigns stay within budget.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, Branding or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of working experience in branding, marketing coordination, or campaign support.

  • Familiarity with project coordination, branding collaterals, and social media management.

  • Fresh graduates with strong internships or project portfolios will be considered.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Power Points, Excel, Words & etc) and AI software (e.g., Chat GPT, Canva & etc).
