We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Analyst to support the Vice President of Operations. This role is responsible for managing administrative processes for the Center for Inclusive Growth team as well as supporting our Business Unit Charitable Support process, administered by our GBSC team based in India.
Key Responsibilities
• Track, submit, reconcile, and file all payment requests for the Mastercard Impact Fund, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal processes and documentation requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and update spreadsheets, databases, trackers, and procedures guides to support accurate record‑keeping and efficient access to departmental information.
• Facilitate the collection, organization, and initial review of interim and final reports from grantees, ensuring completeness and appropriate documentation for internal review and compliance.
• Support the team with sourcing requests, contract intake and tracking, and associated payment processes, partnering with Operations, Legal, and Finance as needed.
• Support the use of data and AI‑enabled tools to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and data quality, including collecting, validating, and maintaining inputs for dashboards, trackers, and workflow tools under guidance from senior team members.
• Manage file organization and document storage across the team, maintaining clean, consistent, and accessible structures in shared folders and systems.
• Support the Business Unit Charitable Support process, including handling requests from the Office of the CEO and coordinating inputs, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel analyses, and ad‑hoc materials to support leadership updates, reporting, and operational needs.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the team, including coordination, follow‑ups, and task tracking.
• Partner with the Inclusive Innovation team to collect, validate, and feed data into data visualization tools and dashboards, improving data accessibility and usability for internal stakeholders.
All About You
• Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or analyst role, preferably within a corporate organization.
• Experience supporting payment processing, financial tracking, and reconciliation, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with sourcing, contract support, and document management systems, and comfort working across internal processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to build and maintain trackers, reports, and presentations.
• Experience developing and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and tracking tools to support operational effectiveness.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare clear, well‑organized reports and presentation materials for internal audiences.
• Interest in learning and using data and AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and operational workflows, with appropriate guidance and oversight.
• Highly organized and reliable, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple workstreams as needed.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within an operations‑focused role supporting a fast‑paced, collaborative team.

Pay Ranges
Toronto, Canada: $83,000 - $132,000 CAD
