LAND DEVELOPMENT DIVISION - DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR II PG 12 NON-EXEMPT $21.31HR - $30.91HR MAJOR FUNCTION To provide administrative coordination of land development projects submitted to the county for review and approval. This position is responsible for conducting operations and procedures related to the development review process, as established in the County’s Comprehensive Plan, Land Development Code, Utility Code, and other land use ordinances.
