Asset Management Department Supervisor

UTILITIES DIVISION - ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR PG 25 - EXEMPT $83,595 - $125,382 ANNUALLY MAJOR FUNCTION Highly Technical Utilities Asset Management work developing, analyzing, and managing the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). This position includes the following major functions: assisting the asset manager and team in asset inventory and condition assessment efforts, assessing the condition of physical assets (horizontal and vertical), integrating data collected with the CMMS and other software programs, ensuring accessibility of collected data, performing quality assurance/quality control checks on asset data, and assisting in analyzing data to improve operational and cost efficiencies. The purpose of this key position is to provide analytical and project management support to the Department Manager, Asset Management in defining, implementing, training, and maintaining the Asset Management Program for Polk County Utilities.
