Job Summary:

In this role, you’ll provide guidance, coaching, and advocacy while fostering connectedness and modeling recovery values in a trauma-informed and culturally competent environment.

Key Responsibilities
Empower participants to take an active role in their recovery process through guidance and coaching.
Support decision-making, problem-solving, and life skills using trauma-informed tools.
Help participants build natural supports and community connections that inspire purpose and belonging.
Model recovery values and resilience through participation in recovery activities.
Promote self-advocacy and assist participants in exercising their legal rights.
Deliver culturally competent interventions, including:
Functional skills (navigating social services, financial literacy, community resources)
Socialization and coping strategies
Self-management and trauma symptom monitoring
Provide crisis support when needed and assist with case management services.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards.
Collaborate with team members through weekly meetings and supervision.
Experience and Education Qualifications
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Advanced knowledge in behavioral health and recovery
