Responsibilities
- Architectural Influence: Lead the design of complex subsystems and ensure the stack evolves with industry best practices.
- Critical Problem Solving: Debug high-priority production issues and optimize cloud infrastructure for cost and performance.
- Mentorship: Elevate the entire team’s output through rigorous reviews, technical workshops, and standard-setting.
- Web3 Integration: Lead the integration of DApp features, smart contract interactions, and wallet providers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in high-growth tech environments.
- Mastery: Expert-level React, Node.js, and Cloud (AWS/GCP) fluency.
- Leadership: Experience leading large-scale feature deployments and managing technical debt.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to product managers and designers.
