NVIDIA is seeking a skilled attorney to join NVIDIA’s legal team in Israel as Senior Corporate Counsel. You will report to the Director of Legal Affairs and support NVIDIA's legal matters as the company continues its dynamic expansion in Israel and across its global businesses. Our highly respected legal team provides legal advice and solutions impacting the most advanced technologies in the world, including artificial intelligence, graphic processing units (GPUs), networking data processing units (DPUs), data centers, high-performance computing, autonomous vehicles and robotics. As a member of the legal team, you will have the opportunity to support a wide variety of legal related issues, be responsible for providing ongoing legal counsel to senior management and cross functional teams, as well as partnering with the rest of the legal members across the globe.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide legal advice on ongoing legal matters and support the networking business teams in Israel including hardware, software, R&D and real estate & site services team.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements, IP licensing, collaboration, R&D and consortia agreements.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and real estate agreements related to NVIDIA’s real estate & site services and support local expansion.

  • Develop and maintain templates to enable efficient deal execution.

What we need to see:

  • 6 years of relevant legal experience including substantial time at a major law firm and in-house experience supporting variety technological and commercial transactions.

  • Law degree from top law school. 

  • Business fluency in English, both written and oral.

  • Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills.

  • Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to advise all management levels.

  • Ability to negotiate positively and proactively.

  • Robust project management skills with devotion to details and organization.

  • Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player. 

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • At least 5 years of pertinent in-house experience at a top semiconductor or high-tech company.

  • Demonstrated experience in complex technology and commercial deals.

  • Expertise in intellectual property laws and licensing.

  • Experience in negotiating and drafting wide range of commercial agreements including complex lease agreements related to real estate and facilities.

  • Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and technology.
